Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
search warrants
My friend was recently searched. The property is large and has another home with a different address on it. It was not listed in the warrant or described as part of the dwelling in question, however it was searched as well. Was this legal? Also, can a warrant be issued to a person if the name is listed as '' N/A'' ?

Re: search warrants
You really have a lot of issues going on here. There maybe an illegal search here, maybe not. You really need to spend some time in an attorney's office because there's no way to answer your question without getting a lot more indepth than this format allows.
