sentencing?
what kind of time am i looking at for theft by unlawfull taking,and theft by deception,no prior police record,value over $300.i am now out on bond,and following my conditions and being a good citizen.

You are charged with class D felonies. In KY, a Class D felony has a penalty range of 1-5 years.
