Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
If I had sex with a 17 year old, me being 23, and it was consensual and told her parents after she turns 18 could they still charge me if they decide to?

The age of consent is 16. Why would she tell her parents a year later?
That doesn't mean they still couldn't manufacture charges against you. Do yourself a favor: date women, not girls. Their daddy's less likely to shoot you.
