Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
My son was pulled over for driving on expired plates, suspended license and possession of marijuana, 2nd offense??? What are his chances in court without an atty.??? Will he get jail time either way?

His odds are certainly better with an attorney than without. Certain courts in the area around your zip code are difficult to navigate alone if he is looking to have a shot at staying out of jail.
