Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
my son was sentenced 10 yrs for 1 thing and 5 for another to run concurrant judge said he had to serve 10 does that mean he stays in jail for 10 yrs

Yes, if the judge says he will serve 10, he will be in there for 10 years, unless otherwise granted early release.
