Statute of limitations
I was detained and escaped, never entered a plea or had an arraignment. Served time in another state for five years and now on probation. What is the statutue of limitations on Kentucky actually bringing charges on the original offenses?

Kentucky has no statute of limitations for felonies and
a one year statute of limitations for misdemeanors.
