Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
I have a stay away order issued for a period of 2 years against me in KY. I have 8 months remaining concerning this. I now live in tn. and the person wishes to have ongoing contact with me. the issuance was given when she was a miner and had no say, she is currently 19. What recourse do we have

And, how do you know she wishes to now have contact with you? Is it because you've already had contact with her? I certainly hope not.
She may be able to get the order amended, depending on what that order actually is. But she'd better not go to the court and say "we've discussed this..." or any other indication that you've been in contact with her, or troubles await you.
