can i sue my cousin?
i moved up to minnesota a couple of months ago. my cousin offered to hold my stuff in her garage until i found a place to move into. i decided i wanted to move back to ky, but i only had enoungh money for a plane home. so i had to leave my stuff and come back and get it. its now two months later and she sold all my stuff including my cat. that was everything i owned. she offered to hold onto my stuff. what can i do?

Yes, you can file a civil lawsuit against your cousin. I would suggest you contact a local attorney to assist you in the filing of that lawsuit. You could also file a criminal complaint as well. You can contact the county attorney's office for assistance in doing so, or go to your local police station.
