Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
tbut under with prior record...
my boyfriend was charged with tbut under 300 and has one charge of that in another county in which he pled guilty..he also had two other charges of that which were dismissed....hes held on a thousand dollar bond and she will not lower it..he has a pretrial conference set for next week..what is the worse that could happen?????

He could get up to 1 year in jail, and could have his probation revoked if he's on some sort of conditional discharge.
