Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
theft by deception
this is my first time getting into trouble have a theft by deception....If I move out of state will my background come with me to that state....I just want to know because I cant find a job where I'm at......

Yes it will. Some employers only check the state where the job is, but others may pull your NCIC, which is a national list of your criminal history.
