Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
Warrent
I needed to know what a criminal warrant was? I did not know what they do with this. They sent me a postcard and then said I had to go for a court date. I don't know weather to go or wait for someone to deliver the warrent. Will I be arrested? Or served? Thank you for your time.

Re: Warrent
A Warrant is an order for your arrest. You received a summons, which is also a court order. If you do not go, you may be subject to contempt on top of the original charge. In short, obey the summons and attend the court date.
