Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
Will this be on my record forever??
I was living in another city about 6 years ago and due to domestic reasons had to leave abruptly. I withdrew all my money from the bank, and by mistake left an outstanding check for less than $50 which bounced. I was taken to court where I paid the check and the fine and charges were dismissed. Recently I applied for a job and was turned down because this is apparently still on my record. What can I do?

No, you can go to court to expunge the case. Feel free to call me about this procedure as it can be completed in about 2 weeks.
