Boating Under the Influence
On a uniform citation are you familiar with what ''failed PBI'' means?
Should you be given a breathlyzer in the field and then again at the jail or police station?

It's actually PBT, which means Portable Breath Test. Basically it's a field sobriety test police use to detect alcohol. You are NOT required to take it on the roadside. The one you have to take or face enhanced sentencing is the actual Breathalyzer which is usually found at the county jail.
