Drug
Im in the military and went home for leave. I was with a couple of who i thought were my friends. I was pulled over for speeding, and a search was done. They found drugs in my truck which wasnt mine. When we were pulled over the drugs were placed in my truck from the guys that were with me. They said they didnt know whos it was and i was charge for possession of marajuana, paraphernalia, and controled substance. The marajuana was already smoked, and there was a pipe. When i got outta jail i went and passed a drug test to prove it wasn't mine. I was arrested and the 3 people with me they let walk home from where we were pulled over at. I went to court and plead not guilty. What is my chances and what am i facing?
