If i was pulled over and charged with my first DUI offense, and my police report only stated first DUI offense and not aggravatd DUI. ( Even though I blew a .19 and by blowing that it would make it an aggravated DUI). If the officer only wrote that down would I be charged with DUI first offense or an Aggravated DUI. ??

If you're confused what your charge actually is, check the court's docket.
Go to http://courts.ky.gov/ and where it says Dockets Information, click District Court. Then select the County in which you were charged, and the date of your upcoming court appearance. It will list your charge.
At your arraignment, the court will advise you of your charge, the sentence you could receive and ask you whether you want to plead guilty or not guilty. If you have an attorney, you can waive arraignment (although you still have to show up to court that day).
