Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Kentucky
I run a poolroom. I hold weekly tournaments. The tournaments are 100% payback . Is it legal for players under 18 years of age to play in these tournaments.

Depends if you're technically considered a bar, then anyone under 21 should not be there. I can think of no law prohibiting a minor from participating in a competition, but there might be local ordinances preventing it. I would at least suggest talking to a local attorney and dealing with drafting some sort of release for parents to sign for minors to participate, particularly since there are contractual issues here, and you can't contract with minors, generally.
