Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Kentucky

After the settlement.....

Since two months back, I had found a lawyer, who was actually an acquaintance, and this person helped me take action against a band who used my artwork illegally. Over two months ago, I signed a settlement agreement, and have yet to receive my artwork, or monies involved. What is the amount of time that the other ''party'' is able to drag things out...because I know that is exactly what they are doing...my lawyer seems to not know anything about this,and upon visiting a certain website, my artwork is being displayed again.

As long as there is no actual law suit going on there is no deadline or time frame. You should be taking actual legal action if you aren't getting anywhere.
