Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

i am 18 and my girlfrirend and i have a baby, there's some issues with her parents. can she move out with out their consent

Only if she is 18 and not in some way mentally incapacitated. However, it is best for the long run if you both attempt to work these issues out rather than just leaving.
