Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I am 17. I turn 18 July 11, 2010. Today is May 28, 2010. since I just graduated high school, am I immancipated from my parents? can one parent give me permission to leave the state if my parents have joint custody?

You are not emancipated until you turn 18. Yes, either parent can give authorization when there is joint custody.
