Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I am 60 and my wife is 58. I have lived in my current home since 1991. My mother owned the home while I was married to another woman and we both lived there. We were divorced in 1999. I continued to live in the house. I then met my current wife. She moved in to my house in Jan. of 2002. My mother passed away in 2004 and the estate was settled in 2005, leaving me with the house in question. If I divorce, can my current wife claim any part of the house?

Probably not, unless she has contributed to improvements of the property. Generally speaking, inheritance and gifts are considered non-marital and are not subject to division.
