Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My 12 year old daughter and I live in Louisville, ky and her father lives in Indiana. A court order that was filed in Indiana says she is to go over every other weekend, but he is not allowed to drink around her. She doesn't want to go anymore and he has violated the order multiple times by consuming alcohol around her. She is uncomfortable around him and doesn't want to go. What should I do?

You'll need to go back to court to have him held in contempt and ask the court to suspend visitation, but you may need to do that in Indiana. Find a family law attorney licensed in both states and seek a consultation.
