Can a 16 year old be emancipated in Kentucky.? What are the laws for emancipation.? And what does the child have to show in court to become emancipated.?

Yes, at the discretion of the court. And no, I can't tell you what the judge(s) in your jurisdiction generally find as good cause to grant emancipation of a minor. Seek local counsel.
