Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

If a 16 year old is pregnant and can show valid proof that she can take care of the baby and herself can she become emancipated? By the time she has the baby she will be 17. She would be able to show valid proof of an income source and a safe place to live.

She can certainly bring the matter before the Court, but it depends on the jurisdiction whether she will ultimately be successful.
