Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I am 17 yrs old and legally married in Kentucky, My husband and I have been married for one year my husband is in jail on domestic violence. Several months ago my uncle beat me up and blamed it on my husband, and threatened to hurt me worse if i told anyone he did it and not my husband when we went to court I my uncle was there and I was scared so I told the judge my husband did it. Now I dont know what to to to make this situation right can you please help me

You can contact the county attorney/commonwealth's attorney and see if they believe your sudden change of story. However, I doubt they will. Also, if you're telling the truth now, you committed perjury then.
