abandonment

My husband abandoned my daughter and self three days ago. He left major credit card bills from his drug use. We have not been intiment for six months. What steps should I take to get rid of this loser?

If you have the money, then you need to contact an attorney. I would recommend preparing a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and then possibly filing some other emergency and temporary motions to ensure that you are protected during the pendancy of this action.
