Re: abortion
Whether or not your girlfriend chooses to have an abortion, you do not get a vote. It is solely her choice. If she chooses to have the baby, your legal obligations include financial responsibility for contributing to the cost of prenatal care, delivery of the baby, and child support (including medical insurance and any necessary child care) for the next 18 years. If she chooses to have an abortion, you are not legally responsible to pay any part of the abortion.
If she names you as the father of her child, you have the right to demand a DNA test to confirm or disprove the fact that you are the parent (In any event, you will have to pay for this test.)
If a court orders you to pay child support, and you refuse, your wages can be attached, and you can be sent to jail. If you owe more that $1000 in child support, you can be convicted of a felony in Kentucky, and sent to prison for as much as 5 years.
