Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I was adopted at birth. Recently I found my birth mom and found out that she was raped by him and that is how I came into exsistance. He never knew about me, what rights do I have concerning him?

There are no rights. When a child is adopted, the birth parents' legal rights are terminated. The child does not have the right to inherit from the birth parents, the birth parents cannot seek visitation, etc. The adoptive parents become the new birth parents, and legally speaking, the birth parents cease to exist.

If you want to track this man down and see him, that's your choice. If you don't, that's your choice too.
