Can my adoption rights be revoked. I am in the process of divorce. My wife is threatening to take my son from me .I don't want to lose him .I adopted him 6 years ago. We live in Kentucky. Thank you for your help

No, your rights to an adopted child are just as secure and just the same as if he was born of your own body.
