amancipation

I am looking to get amancipated. I live only with my mom, i am sixteen years old. I need out of the same house as my mom....But how do i do it if my mother does not want to sign the papers?

There is no emancipation for minors in Kentucky in the sense you are talking about. If you can support yourself and are responsible for meeting your own needs AND your parents agree for you to live on your own, then that is considered emancipation. However, it requires all of those things I listed coming into play - especially parental agreement.
