Amending a Divorce

I was divorced in Nov 2007. I would like to amend my divorce to calim half of our marital assets. Which I failed to do. I am interested in 40% of his Retirement and half of his TSP. We were married for 15 years. I have since come to my senses and feel I deserve it. No children are involved.

I am going to venture out on a limb here and guess that you did not hire a lawyer to help you through the divorce process. What you are talking about doing now is exponentially harder to do, if not impossible, than the original divorce. The only advise available in this circumstance is to hire a lawyer.
