Retain a good attorney, preferably in the area and who is acquainted with the judge professionally, and file Motions to recuse the judge, and for change of venue if necessary. You'll need to prove the appearence of impropriety. Simply because they are friends, does not meet the standard, but if they vacation together, play golf together, socialize together on a non-professional basis, then you may have a shot. Good Luck.
