what are the chances of myself getting full custody of my child with the fact my wife may or may not be convicted of a sex crime against a minor?

If convicted - your chances are excellent, though not certain. If not convicted, your chances depends on the facts surrounding the charges and whether witnesses or evidence from that alleged crime can be introduced into your family law case.
