how to change guardianship to adoptio
I would like to know the least expensive way to change guardianship to adoption. I have had this child for 4 years anbd would like to adopt.

There is not low cost way to do what you are asking. This is because parental rights have to be terminated. That means attempts have to be made to notify the parents, and if found and they object, a trial has to be held.
If parental rights are then terminated, you then have to file a petition to adopt. A Guardian ad Litem must be appointed for the children (that also happens in the termination case) and you, typically would have to pay their fee.
So, you see, this can be an expensive process and you should expect to spend a few thousand dollars or more.
Less expensive would be petitioning the court to grant you sole permanent custody of the children as a de facto custodian. You might be able to accomplish that for several hundred dollars, but if it is contested, it to will cost in the thousands.
