Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

name change question

i live in illinois but will be getting married in kentucky (my marriage cert. will be from ky) - do i need to buy the Kentucky Name Change Kit or the Illinois Name Change Kit?

Just so you know, buying a name change kit may make things a little more convenient, but it is not a necessity.

Anyway, if you want to buy a kit, go with where you live and work, Illinois (though I don't understand why you wouldn't want to move to Kentucky).
