Re: change in visitation

Visitation can always be reviewed based on the best interests of the child. Custody is more difficult to change if ti is within the first two years of a divorce decree or custody decree. The marijuana alone should not serve as a basis regardless of changing custody or visitation, however, it will depend somewhat on what judge you are in fron of. feel free to call to dicuss further.
