This is an interesting question turning on the meaning of the word "expose".

1. If "expose" means to introduce the child to a gay lover or to take him/her to a gay fathers and child softball game, then the answer is "yes". That would be seen as no different in NY State than similar heterogeneous activities.

2. On the other hand, if "expose" means taking him to a gay bathhouse or exposing him to gay pornography or to gay nudity, then the answer is "no". Not even a parent has a right to impose such destructive child-raising behavior on his own child.

Of couse, similar heterogeneous activities wouyld also be inconsistant with good parenting.

In New York it is not illegal, nor is it grounds for giving up custody or rights to visitation.
