Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
Child custody and cohabitation
I am the primary custodian of my child. I was told that Kentucky has a no-cohabitation law. I can not find anything concerning that. Am I allowed to cohabitation with an individual of the opposite sex after my divorce is final? If not, what legal ramifications could be imposed if I did?

there is nothing to prevent youfrom living(and co-habitate) with a member of the opposite (or same) sex after your divorce. What matters is what effect does it have on the child.
