child custody

if i get a dovorce from my wife. what are the odd of me getting custody? she has been getting drunkaboyt 4 nights aweek. some nights she dont call or come home. i work 2 jobs, it is hard to get her to work at all. she acts like she is on some kind of drugs. i cant even talk to her about it with out getting so mad. her family says she is unfit to raise our child, 8 year old daughter. she cries for her mother, i try my best to comfort her. she has been drinking with cousin she just got out of jail, she was in jail for drugs,herion, that is it in a nut shell. do i have a chance? thanks

Sure, you have a chance, but your chances would be increased with legal counsel. If you try to do this on your own, it will be messy. You need to go to a library and read through Kentucky Revised Statutes in sections 403.
