my son lives in kentucky and was with this girl they had 2 kids together and then split up she went to live with her mom and he continued to give her momey for support of the 2 kids her mom kicked her out of the house but kept the kids had her declared unfit and got custody my son has been trying for custody since this has happend,he went and got blood test to prove that he is the father which came back pos. he has had several lawyers and each time the judge would deny him,it turns out that the family knows the judge very well so he is on thier side,he loves his kids very much is ther anything that he can do to get his kids back

The facts I would need to give a good answer to this are not in what you provided. Two key facts is how old the children are and how long they lived with the grandparent between when the mom was kicked out and when dad first challenged that arrangement. The grandparents might be de facto custodians.
If a final decision has been entered by the judge, then an appeal might still be available to your son. He needs to look into that quickly so that the time won't run out on an appeal.
