Child Custody regarding Transportation for visitation
I have joint custody of my 2 year old son. I have moved 8 miles outside of the county where my son's father lives. The custody papers state he is responsbile for transportation regarding visitation. Since I have moved he has stated he is going to have me arrested for moving outside of Taylor County and stated when he comes to pick up our son for visitation this Friday that he will not bring him back home. What are my parental rights? What should I do, let our son go for visitation or not?

First, I am not aware of any law which allows your ex to have you arrested for moving to a new place.
Next, so long as the Court's order is in place, he still has to provide transportation and accept the cost of transportation for the exchange of visitation. If he wants to change that, he will have to ask the Court. He cannot make the changes without an order from the Court.
Finally, you cannot (and should not) ignore the Court's order. So, you have to let your ex have his visitation on Friday. If he does not bring your child back, I suggest you contact the police to force him to bring the child home.
