if my child wants to leave home to live with her boyfriend at seventeen and i give her my consent will anyone get in trouble?

You won't get into trouble if she doesn't get into trouble. This is considered contractual emancipation. Kentucky doesn't have a specific statute saying when a minor can be emancipated (except for marriage). So, if she lives on her own and has adequate food, shelter, clothing, and stays out of trouble with the law, then it is not prohibited by law.
