child outside of marriage

i was seeing a married woman whom became pregnant. she is going through a divorce now and the husband says that in kentucky the baby is considered his although he's not the biological father. because they were married at the time of conception. is this true?

Re: child outside of marriage

Any child born during the marriage is presumed to be the child of the married parties. A DNA test can change this, but if nothing is said, the child is presumed to be the child of the husband.
