how could I go about seeing my child if I pay child support but dont have enff money for a lawyer

You should look for a pro bono or reduced-fee attorney to file your petition for custody/visitation. Start with Legal Aid, and if they can't help you (they are extremely overworked) contact your local bar association to inquire about volunteer attorneys.
