My ex pass on 2 years ago. Now his widow is wanting the judge to sign up his paternity rights. Back in 1994 we have a DNA test done and prove he was not his but he did not want to do anything about it and she knew that. But now our son is disable and trying to go to college and the social sercuity board gave him socail sercuity to go to college. the social sercuity office told her they would not change thier case. He have all the right to recieve. she recieve for a child that is a step-child to my ex. Can she do that and can the law let that happen. Now with him pass on and it had over 10 years and he did nothing hisself but love our childs.She have try the whole he was livineg to get him to do it and he wouldn't.

I'm sorry but your question is a little hard to follow. I think you are asking whether your ex-husband's widow can take away your son's benefits. I would not worry about this at all. The SSA won't go back and question paternity now.
