Does my biological father still have to pay child support after I have turned 18, if I am attending college?

Unless a different agreement was reached and entered, then this is governed by KRS 403.213. Unless you were in high school when you turned 18 and continue to be in high school, then there is no child support obligation. College doesn't count, only high school.
