Child support

Dose this intitel you to visitation and if so why do you need a lawyer?

Being ordered to pay child support and whether or not you have visitation with the child are two separate issues. However, if you are ordered to pay child support, then you have been judged to be the parent. If you are the parent, then you can petition the court to establish visitation. You do not have to have a lawyer, but having one usually gives you an advantage over trying to handle it yoursel.
