child support
If a mother of 3 children leaves her husband and goes to New York and then comes back with the children and stays with a friend and has her boyfriend there that she met on the internet but is not leagally seperated,can she hold her husband responsible for child support or any other bills ?

Re: child support
Where she lives, how the separation occurs nor with whom she lives doesn't matter with regard to child support. The absent parent must contribute his or her proportionate share. Other bills are questionable with the exception of medical bills on the children and they also fall under the child support head.
