child support

My child support comes out of my paycheck and then they also garnished my bank account. The money in my bank account is also my current wife's money too. How can they be allowed to do that?

I suggest your current wife set up a separate bank account. While your wife's income is not to be considered in determining the amount of child support owed, once pooled with your income, it loses its distinctiveness as her money - it is the same shade of green after all.
