Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Child support

I am recently temporarily totally disabled (non work related) and I pay child support in K.Y. I am a resident of S.C.K.Y. has filed action against me for criminal non support (support stopped in april due to injury). I have had no luck reaching the social worker at the office. Being disabled, am i still required to pay child support (no income)?

Re: Child support

if oyu are disabled, your child may be bale to receive support as a result of your diability and therefore the criminal matter should be resolved this way, but you would probably need to get an attorney to assist you. be aware that kentucky can ask for a warrant from your governor in which case kentucky could come there and arrest you. please call if you would like to discuss further.
