Child support

s to pay child support and did not.. we understand he owns a business.. by Kentucky law.. can my mother still claim the back child support?

It looks like part of your question was cut off. You might want to try again. If child support was ordered, then an arrearage would accrue and you should be able to go back collect, but the facts of your situation may show a different result.
